These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the rights and obligations between:
• JOA WELLNESS, a single-member simplified joint-stock company (SASU), registered under number 938 809 365 R.C.S. Paris, with its registered office located at 9 rue de Sontay, 75016 Paris (hereinafter referred to as "JOWAY"),
• And any natural or legal person purchasing products on the website www.joway.co (hereinafter referred to as "the Client").
The purchase of products on the website implies the unconditional acceptance of these GTC.
1. Product information
JOWAY offers for sale beverages enriched with live microorganisms, and will soon expand to include probiotic powders and functional snacks.
Available Products:
• Probiotic Beverages (33cl cans): Lemon Mint, Peach Iced Tea, and Red Fruits flavors.
Upcoming Products:
• Probiotic Mix Powders
• Probiotic-enriched Snacking
Products are offered subject to availability while stocks last. JOWAY reserves the right to modify its product range at any time.
2. Clients and sale zone
Products are available for sale to:
• Individual Customers (B2C) via the website www.joway.co.
• Professional Customers (B2B), specifically restaurants, hotels, and fitness centers.
Sales and deliveries are currently limited to Metropolitan France.
3. Pricing and Payment Methods
3.1 Pricing
Prices displayed on the website are in Euros (€) and include all applicable taxes (VAT included).
Shipping costs are clearly indicated before the final validation of the order. JOWAY reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase via our secure payment providers (Credit/Debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
3.2 Payment methods
Payments are processed through secure, encrypted platforms to ensure the total protection of your banking data. We accept the following payment methods:
• Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
• Express Checkout & Mobile Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link.
• Online Payment Services: PayPal.
• Flexible Payments: Klarna.
Full payment is required at the time the order is placed. Your financial information is never stored on our servers.
4. Orders and Delivery
4.1 Orders
Every order is considered final and confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. JOWAY reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of suspected fraud, payment issues, or a prior dispute with the Client.
4.2 Delivery Times and Conditions
Delivery Zone: Metropolitan France.
• Estimated Delivery Time: 1 to 7 business days following payment validation.
• Carriers: Delivery is handled by third-party service providers.
• Absence of the Client: In the event of a failed delivery attempt, a new shipment may be scheduled.
JOWAY cannot be held liable for any delays caused by the carriers.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
5.1 Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Client has a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification or pay any penalties.
To exercise this right, the Client must notify JOWAY of their decision by sending a clear statement via email to: hello@joway.co.
5.2 Return Conditions
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
• Product Condition: Only unopened beverages, undamaged and in their original packaging, are eligible for return.
• Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the Client, except in the case of a defective or non-conforming product.
• Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the receipt and inspection of the returned products by our team.

6. Warranties and Liability
6.1 Legal Warranties (Conformity & Hidden Defects)
JOWAY is committed to delivering products that match their description and are free from hidden defects. In accordance with French law (Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code), the Client is entitled to a legal guarantee of conformity.
Damaged or Non-Conforming Goods:
In the event of a damaged product (e.g., a punctured can) or a non-conforming order (e.g., the wrong flavor received), the Client may request a replacement or a full refund.
Claims Process:
To process a claim, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at hello@joway.co with:
• Your order number.
• A clear photo of the damaged or non-conforming items and the shipping box.
6.2 Limitation of Liability
• Storage: JOWAY cannot be held liable for any product degradation resulting from incorrect storage or handling by the Client.
• Health Claims: Probiotic benefits may vary from person to person. JOWAY products are functional beverages and do not guarantee any medical results or therapeutic effects.
• Allergies: JOWAY cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions or food intolerances. It is the Client's responsibility to review the ingredient list provided on the packaging or website before consumption.
