We currently deliver to Mainland France only.
Shipping times
The average delivery time is estimated between 2 and 7 working days from the date your order is shipped.
Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers specializing in food products, including Colissimo and Stuart. The carrier is selected based on your location and the urgency of your order.
Delivery costs
- Standard Delivery (Colissimo): €3.50 (Fixed rate).
- Express Delivery (Stuart): €8.55 (Available only within Paris city limits).
Order tracking

Returns & Refunds
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current regulations, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Return conditions
Products must be unopened and in perfect condition.
For hygiene reasons, opened or damaged products will not be accepted for return or refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund, except in the case of a defective product.

- Your Order Number.
- The Reason for the return.
- Photos of the product (if necessary).
Refund deadlines
Once approved, refunds are issued via your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank and can take up to 14 days.
